Follow the order of events known  for SAAR.

 

S   Signaling (sence something special)

A  Alarm. call 112 if you think to see potential perpetrators.

                - give a brief description what you have observed,

                  (clothes, stature, and if nescessary in which direction they are moving)

A  Apps. WhatsApp message to the WA group

                - send a message with a brief description what you have observed,

                  (clothes, stature, and if nescessary in which direction they are moving)

                - Please indicate if you have called the police (to avoid multiple reporting)

R  Respond

                - Show the person you have seen him without intervene
