This is the homepage of WhatsApp group Neighbourhood watch -IJsvogellaan en omgeving- (IJsvogellaan and connecting lanes).

This group covers the quarter IJsvogellaan, Wulplaan, Talinglaan, Goudplevierlaan and Ransuillaan. See the area map on page: Kaart.

 

This group is founded March 1, 2016 on advice of the police.

Police officer H.J.C. Smit is our quarter-officer.

 

The group is registered at the national organization -WhatsApp Buurt Preventie Nederland en België-. See website www.wabp.nl

 

The main goal of this group is members to activate to be alert on suspicious behavior, if necessary call the police and give a warning to the other members with info by a WhatsApp-message.

Note: the WhatsApp message is only intended for alarms and updates on alarms.

Burglary, violently robbery or a missing child needs direct alarm to the police and a WhatsApp message. Quick reaction is the best help.

 

It is expressly not intended that residents themselves trying to tackle offenders.

 

Attention:

We do not use this WhatsApp messages for social talks or missing pets!
